Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DoctorsAppointment.ai. By using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the DoctorsAppointment.ai mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DoctorsAppointment.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

IMPORTANT: DoctorsAppointment.ai is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App provides AI-powered health information for educational and informational purposes only. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and other material, is intended for general informational purposes.

YOU SHOULD NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ OR RECEIVED THROUGH THIS APP.

The App does not provide medical diagnoses. Any information provided should be discussed with a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

We do not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned in the App.

IMPORTANT: The Provider Directory is a technology marketplace only.

DoctorsAppointment.ai operates a technology platform that allows users to browse self-attested healthcare provider profiles and obtain provider contact information.

The Provider Directory is a marketplace only and is NOT:

• A healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinic
   
• A medical referral service or patient-matching service
   
• A healthcare staffing agency
   
• A medical appointment scheduling service
   
• A telehealth or telemedicine platform
   

All information displayed in provider profiles is self-reported and self-attested by providers.

DoctorsAppointment.ai does NOT verify, validate, or authenticate:

• Professional credentials, licenses, or certifications
   
• Medical education, training, or board certifications
   
• Practice locations or contact information accuracy
   
• Specialty claims or areas of expertise
   
• Professional standing or disciplinary history
   
• Malpractice history or insurance status
   
• Any other provider-submitted information
   

The presence of a provider in our directory does NOT constitute:

• An endorsement of the provider’s services or qualifications
   
• A recommendation to use that provider
   
• Verification of any claims made by the provider
   
• A guarantee of provider availability or quality of care
   

All communications, consultations, appointments, and healthcare services between you and providers occur entirely outside DoctorsAppointment.ai.

We do NOT:

• Facilitate, schedule, or arrange appointments
   
• Participate in patient-provider communications
   
• Mediate disputes between patients and providers
   
• Have any involvement in healthcare delivery
   

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying provider credentials through official state licensing boards
   
• Confirming provider licensure status in your jurisdiction
   
• Checking disciplinary history through appropriate regulatory bodies
   
• Evaluating provider qualifications for your specific needs
   
• Making informed decisions about which providers to contact
   

The Provider Directory offers a paid service to unlock provider contact information, including:

• Email
   
• Phone
   
• WhatsApp
   
• Telegram
   
• Website
   

• Contact unlocks provide access for exactly twenty-four (24) hours
   
• The access period begins immediately upon successful payment
   
• Access automatically expires after 24 hours with no extensions
   
• A new purchase is required to regain access after expiration
   

Purchasing a contact unlock provides only the provider’s self-reported contact details. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or currency of contact information
   
• That the provider will respond
   
• That the provider is accepting new patients
   
• That the provider will agree to treat you
   
• Any particular outcome from contacting a provider
   

All contact unlock purchases are final and non-refundable, including situations where:

• The provider does not respond
   
• Contact information is outdated
   
• You are dissatisfied with the provider
   
• You accidentally made a purchase
   
• You did not use the full 24-hour window
   
• Technical issues prevent display (contact support for assistance)
   

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute unlocked contact information
   
• Use contact information for marketing, spam, or solicitation
   
• Harass, threaten, or abuse providers
   
• Use contact information for unlawful purposes
   
• Compile databases from unlocked information
   

The AI Health Assistant is powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4o API. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your chat messages will be transmitted to OpenAI for processing
   
• Images you share for analysis will be sent to OpenAI
   
• OpenAI processes this data to generate responses
   

For all users:

• Chat messages and questions
   
• Images you choose to share for analysis
   
• Conversation context from the current session
   

For Premium users (when personalization is enabled):

• Summary of your health profile including: medications, allergies, chronic conditions, age range, gender, and smoking status
   

• Full name, email, phone, or address
   
• Exact date of birth (only age range)
   
• Medical record images stored in your profile
   
• Chat history from previous sessions
   
• Payment or device information
   

• API data is not used to train AI models
   
• Data is retained up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted

By using the AI Health Assistant, you consent to data processing as described. Premium users can disable health profile sharing in Profile > Preferences.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Complete health profile
   
• Medical record images
   
• Chat conversation history
   
• App preferences and settings
   

This data is not transmitted to our servers.

The following data is stored on our servers (Supabase):

• Provider profiles (for providers who register)
   
• Patient contact unlock records
   
• Provider analytics (profile views, contact clicks)
   
• Account authentication data
   

You may at any time:

• View and edit your health profile
   
• Delete your chat history
   
• Remove medical records
   
• Clear all data via Profile > Clear All Data
   
• Delete your account entirely
   
• Request deletion of provider profiles (for providers)
   

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and provides complete details about data collection and use. Please review it carefully.

We offer subscription plans at $9.95/month or $99.95/year (“Premium Subscription”). By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store.

You may cancel at any time through your device subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

We may change subscription prices with advance notice, applied to future billing periods.

If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before trial ends. One free trial per user.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App.

Providers agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
   
• Update information promptly when it changes
   
• Not misrepresent credentials, qualifications, or licensure
   
• Maintain active licensure where they claim to be licensed
   

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully
   
• Attempt unauthorized access
   
• Transmit malware or harmful code
   
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
   
• Impersonate any person or entity
   
• Use automated systems to access the App
   
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
   
• Use for commercial purposes without authorization
   
• Share account credentials
   
• Provide false health information
   
• Use the App on behalf of minors without consent
   
• Create fraudulent provider profiles
   
• Misrepresent credentials in provider profiles
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

DoctorsAppointment.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
   
• Personal injury or death
   
• Medical outcomes or decisions
   
• Service interruptions
   
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
   

We are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on App information, delays in care, or medical decisions based on App information.

We are not liable for:

• Provider conduct, services, qualifications, or licensure
   
• Accuracy of self-attested provider info
   
• Provider communications or care
   
• Provider non-response or unavailability
   
• Disputes between users and providers
   
• Fees paid to providers
   

We do not guarantee accuracy or usefulness of AI responses. AI content is educational only and should not be used for medical decisions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoctorsAppointment.ai from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

All App content, features, and functionality are owned by DoctorsAppointment.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute App content
   
• Use data mining or data harvesting methods
   
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
   
• Create derivative works
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Delaware.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Claims must be filed within one (1) year.

Disputes between users and providers are solely between those parties. DoctorsAppointment.ai is not involved.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

You may terminate your account by discontinuing use and cancelling subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for reasons including:

• Violating these Terms
   
• Misrepresentation in provider profiles
   
• Fraudulent activity
   
• Non-payment
   

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ends immediately
   
• No refunds for unused subscription periods
   
• Provider profiles will be unpublished
   
• Provisions intended to survive will survive
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
